216. Instructions on use of machines
In every industrial establishment, an employee shall not work at a machine, unless he or she has been fully instructed as to the dangers arising in connection with its operation, and the precautions to be observed, and—
-
(a) has received sufficient training in work at the machine; or
-
(b) is under adequate supervision by an employee who has special knowledge and experience in the operation of the machine.
