(1) The Public Service Commission shall appoint a person to be the Registrar of Trade Unions and Employers' Organizations.
(2) The Registrar shall keep a register of all trade unions and employers' organizations registered under this Division in the prescribed form and shall discharge all the duties required under this Division and the Regulations.
