21. Assumption of a contract for an indefinite period
Any contract of employment of an employee other than an employee employed for a specified period of time or a specific task, who has been continuously employed for 12 weeks or more shall have effect as if it was a contract of employment without limit of time, and accordingly, the provisions of this Act shall apply to that contract.
