387. Trade disputes to be reported to labour commissioner
Where a trade dispute exists or is contemplated, it shall be reported to the Labour Commissioner by, or on behalf of the parties to the dispute, and the Labour Commissioner shall consider the matter and take such steps as seem to him or her, expedient for promoting a settlement of such dispute.
