(1) Any contractor or sub-contractor who fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Division shall cease to be an approved contractor or sub-contractor for such period as the Labour Commissioner may determine.
(2) The Minister may make Regulations prescribing the procedure for approval of contractors and sub-contractors.
