(1) The Advisory Council may establish technical committees to assist it in the performance of its functions and may appoint persons from outside of the membership of the Advisory Council as it may deem fit to be members of any such committees.
(2) A person appointed under subsection (1) who is not a member of the Advisory Council or a public officer may be paid such remuneration and expenses as may be determined by the Minister.
