(1) Every trade union and employers' organization shall have a constitution duly approved and ratified by the general membership.
(2) The constitution of every trade union or employers' organization shall incorporate the information contained in Schedule 7.
(3) A trade union or employers' organization existing at the commencement date of this Division shall comply with subsection (1) within one year of that date.
