157.   Fines and discipline

  1.  

    (1)   An employer shall not impose a fine or other monetary penalty on an employee, except in cases where a requirement of restitution is appropriate, nor impose any other disciplinary action except in accordance with this Act.

    (2)   An employee may make a complaint to the Labour Commissioner that disciplinary action is unreasonable.
