(1) Every employer shall keep, maintain and make available to employees in the workplace, in a location that is readily accessible, a medicine chest or first aid kit with suitable contents and provide other first aid devices as appropriate.
(2) Each first-aid kit or cupboard shall be under the control of responsible persons who are trained in first aid treatment and tested every 3 years and one of whom shall always be readily available during the working hours of the industrial establishment.
