(1) An employee shall, at the end of his or her first year of employment and at the end of each year of employment thereafter, be entitled to annual vacation leave with pay for a period of working days as laid down under section 97.
(2) Subject to section 100, the vacation leave referred to in subsection (1) shall be computed on working days between Monday and Friday inclusive.
