77. Invitation for comments and objections
Where a matter is referred to the Commission under section 76, the Commission shall, by notice in the Gazette, and submitted to such organization representing employees or employers as the Commission determines, invite comments or objections relating to the making of a Minimum Wage Order within 21 days of the publication.
