(1) An employer shall keep a register of all children and young persons employed by him or her.
(2) Such register shall contain particulars of the names, addresses and dates of birth and national insurance numbers of such persons, and of the dates on which they enter and leave employment and the employer shall make available to any labour officer or inspector such register for inspection.
