(1) Any person, not being a child or young person or other person declared incapable of making a contract under the Civil Code or any other enactment, shall have the capacity to enter into a contract of employment. (Amended by Act 6 of 2011)
(2) Subject to Division 9 of Part 3, a child or young person may enter into a contract of employment only with the written consent of his or her parent or guardian. (Amended by Act 6 of 2011)
(3) A person who is a party to a contract of employment may sue or be sued in respect of such contract.
