458. Offences by corporate bodies
Where a corporate body has contravened any provision of this Act and the contravention is proved to have been committed with the consent or connivance of, or to be attributable to any neglect on the part of any director or manager of the corporate body, he or she as well as the corporate body shall be deemed to have contravened that provision and be liable to be proceeded against and punished accordingly.
