(1) In any proceeding where it is appropriate, the Tribunal may appoint persons who are experts in a particular subject area of relevance to a particular dispute before the Tribunal to act as special advisors to the Tribunal.
(2) Where experts are appointed under subsection (1), their appointment shall be automatically revoked after a determination of the particular matter in dispute before the Tribunal.
