330.   Interference with individual's freedom of association

  1.  

    (1)   A person shall not seek by the use of any threat or intimidation, to compel or coerce any other person to join or not to join, or to support or not to support, any trade union or employers' organization.

    (2)   A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both.
