(1) The Tribunal may sit in private for the purpose of hearing evidence if, in the opinion of the Tribunal, the interests of the parties or the public so require.
(2) Evidence given before the Tribunal at a hearing held in private in accordance with the provisions of subsection (1), shall not be disclosed to any person except with the consent of the Tribunal.
(3) A person who discloses any evidence in contravention of subsection (2) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
