344.   Appeals for refusal to register

  1.  

    (1)   A trade union or employers' organization aggrieved by a refusal or failure of the Registrar to register it, or the suspension, withdrawal, or cancellation of its registration by the Registrar, is entitled to apply to the Tribunal within thirty days of the Registrar's decision or, after such reasonable time, where the Registrar fails to register, for redress.

    (2)   A review by the Tribunal of a decision of the Registrar to refuse to register, suspend or cancel registration or his or her failure to register, shall determine the matter.
