(1) A sub-contractor shall be bound to conform to the conditions of the main contract and the main contractor shall be responsible for the observance of all contractual conditions on the part of the sub-contractor.
(2) The principles of freedom of association and freedom of organization and representation laid down under this Act shall apply to all contractors and to all sub-contractors for public contracts.
