328.   Protection of trade union from employer interference

  1.  

    (1)   A person shall not engage in any activity designed to promote the establishment of a trade union under the domination of an employer or employers' organization, or to support trade unions by financial or other means with the object of placing the trade union under the control of employers or employers' organizations.

    (2)   A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,00 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both.
