(1) Subject to subsection (2), where employees take any meals in the industrial establishment, there shall be provided and maintained suitable and sufficient facilities for the taking of those meals.
(2) Where 25 or more persons are employed in an industrial establishment, the employer or person in control of the industrial establishment shall provide and maintain for persons employed in the industrial establishment, adequate and suitable lunchrooms, and such lunchrooms shall be convenient for the eating of meals and shall be provided with adequate lighting, ventilation and drinking water.
