(1) An employer in an essential service shall ensure that a printed copy of section 392(3) is kept posted in some conspicuous place in the workplace where it may conveniently be read.
(2) A person, who unlawfully damages, defaces, obliterates, destroys or removes any printed copy of section 392(3) posted as required under subsection (1), commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $3,000.
