309. Appeal against revocation or suspension
A person whose licence is revoked or suspended under subsection (1) may, within 7 days of being notified in writing of such action, appeal in writing to the Minister against the revocation or suspension, as the case may be, and where such appeal is lodged, the revocation or suspension shall be stayed until the Minister has made his or her decision, which shall be final.
