(1) Within 6 weeks of a determination made under section 415 by the Labour Commissioner, any party to the decision may make an application for a review of the decision to the Tribunal.
(2) If the Labour Commissioner has failed to determine the matter after 6 weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint, the matter shall be referred to the Tribunal for determination.
