(1) An employer otherwise lawfully entitled to do so, may sell goods or services to his or her employees, but no contractual provision requiring an employee to buy any goods or services from his or her employer or any other person shall be valid, and no employer shall compel or attempt to compel an employee or any dependant of an employee to buy goods or services from the employer or from any other person.
(2) Where, for any reason, an employer sells goods or services to an employee, the employer shall not sell such goods or services solely to the employee at prices above those at which they are generally available elsewhere in Saint Lucia.
