(1) The amount of vacation leave with pay shall be the amount the employee would have received had the employee not taken the leave calculated at the rate of remuneration immediately preceding the period of vacation leave.
(2) The minimum entitlement of vacation leave with pay referred to in subsection (1) shall be as set out in Schedule 2.
