203.   Request for national insurance data

  1.  

    (1)   A committee established or a safety and health representative selected under this Division may request the Department of Labour to obtain from the National Insurance Board, an annual summary of data relating to such employer in respect of the number of work accident fatalities, the number of lost workday cases, the number of lost workdays, the number of non-fatal cases that required medical attention without lost workdays, the incidence of occupational diseases, the number of work related injuries and such other data as the committee or safety and health representative may request.

    (2)   Upon receipt of such annual summary of data, the Department of Labour shall send copies to the committee, safety and health representative and the employers and the employer shall cause a copy to be posted in a conspicuous place or places at the workplace where it is most likely to come to the attention of the employees.
