(1) A committee established or a safety and health representative selected under this Division may request the Department of Labour to obtain from the National Insurance Board, an annual summary of data relating to such employer in respect of the number of work accident fatalities, the number of lost workday cases, the number of lost workdays, the number of non-fatal cases that required medical attention without lost workdays, the incidence of occupational diseases, the number of work related injuries and such other data as the committee or safety and health representative may request.
