280. Application forms
Where, by virtue of this Division, it would be unlawful, in particular circumstances, for a person to discriminate against another person on the grounds set out in section 267(2), it is unlawful for that person to request or require that other person to provide information whether by way of completing a form which would not, in the same or substantially similar circumstances, be required or requested of that person of the opposite sex, or of a different race, religion, colour, political opinion, ethnic origin, indigenous population, social origin, pregnancy, trade union affiliation or marital status.
