(1) Where a person or organization has failed to comply with any decision, award or direction of the Tribunal, any person or organization affected thereby may, after 14 days from the date on which the decision was made or the date provided in it for compliance, whichever is the later date, file in the High Court a copy of the decision.
(2) A decision or direction of the Tribunal that has been filed in the Court under subsection (1), shall be registered in the High Court and, when registered, shall have the same force and effect, and the proceedings may be taken thereon, as if the decision were a judgement obtained in the High Court.
