180.   Appeals from orders

  1.  

    (1)   Any employer or person in control of a workplace, employee or trade union aggrieved by any order made by the Chief Occupational Safety and Health Officer may, within 7 days of the making of the order, appeal to the Tribunal.

    (2)   On an appeal under this section, the Tribunal may rescind or affirm the order or substitute a new order.

    (3)   On an appeal under this section, the Tribunal may suspend the operation of the order appealed against, pending the disposition of the appeal.
