Within 6 calendar months after the end of its financial year, a trade union or employers' organization shall submit to the Registrar an annual return which shall include—
(a) the address of the trade union or employers' organization;
(b) the names and addresses of its current office holders;
(c) the number of fully paid up members of the trade union or employers' organization; and
(d) an audited annual financial statement.
