224. Disposal of wastes
Every employer or person in control shall, before the expiration of one year from the date on which this Division comes into force or of such longer period as the Minister may, upon application in writing by an employer approve, make arrangements for the safe and efficient disposal of wastes and effluents resulting from any processes carried on in the industrial establishment and such arrangements shall be designed so as to ensure that the disposal does not result in any danger to persons, property or to the environment.
