174. Application for registration of change of particulars
Where any significant change takes place in any of the particulars registered under section 173(5), the employer or other person having control of the industrial establishment shall, within 30 days after the date upon which the change takes place, apply to the Department of Labour for the registration of the change, and the Chief Occupational Safety and Health Officer shall amend the register of the industrial establishment accordingly and issue to the applicant a verification of registration of the change in the prescribed form within 14 days of the change being made.
