293.   Record of female employees

Every employer shall keep, in relation to each female employed by him or her, a record showing—

  1.  

    (a)     the date of commencement of her employment;

  1.  

    (b)     her normal pay and normal working week;

  1.  

    (c)     the date and duration of any previous periods of maternity leave granted under this Division to the employee; and

  1.  

    (d)     all maternity pay which has been paid to the employee on any and every previous occasion.
