39. Agreements as to place and manner of spending wages
An employer shall not include in any contract of employment between himself or herself and an employee a condition, restriction or requirement which imposes any terms as to the place at which, or the manner in which, or the person with whom, any wages paid to the employee are to be spent and any such condition, restriction or requirement shall be illegal.
