The Minister may make regulations generally for the purposes of this Act and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing may make Regulations—
(a) prescribing the form of any notice, application, complaint or other document required by this Act;
(b) varying any time periods established or required under this Act; or
(c) prescribing an offence under this Act to be a ticketable offence in accordance with section 466.
