113. Certificate of fair and reasonable conditions
Before being placed on any list of Government contractors or being allowed to tender for Government contracts, the contractor shall certify that to the best of his or her knowledge and belief, the remuneration, hours of work and conditions of labour of all employees employed by him or her in the trade or industry in which the person is offering himself or herself as a contractor, are fair and reasonable having regard to the provisions of section 111.
