382. Destroying, damaging, etc. will or land title
A person who, intentionally or unlawfully destroys, or damages, removes, or conceals any will or any document of title to land, with intent to defeat, obstruct, or pervert the course of justice or to defraud or injure any other person, is liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for 7 years.
