(1) The Criminal Code Chapter 250 is repealed.
(2) The following enactments are repealed—
(a) The Prison (Extra Mural Sentences) Ordinance, (Chapter 40).
(b) The Probation Ordinance (No 11 of 1960).
(c) The Parole Act, (No 12 of 1997).
(d) Noise Abatement (Loudspeaker) Restriction Act No. 27 of 1965.
