350. Rioting after order
Where an order is made commanding the persons engaged in a riot, or assembled with the intention of committing a riot, to disperse, any person who at or after the expiration of one hour from the making of such order takes or continues to take part in the riot or assembly is liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for 7 years.
