245. Possessing false note
A person who has in his or her possession any note which is counterfeited, or falsified, or which he or she knows not to be genuine, is liable to be punished in the same manner as if he or she had himself or herself, with any of the requisite intents stated in this Sub-Part counterfeited or falsified such note.
