677. Proof of previous conviction
Where on the hearing of any complaint, it is proposed to prove against the defendant the fact of a previous conviction, a copy of the order of any district court with respect to the previous conviction, certified by the clerk of the Court, shall, upon proof of the identity of the defendant, be deemed sufficient evidence of such previous conviction.
