518. Fighting in public place

A person who—
1. (a) unlawfully fights with another person in any public place; or
1. (b) aids and abets an unlawful fight in any public place,

is liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for 3 months, in addition to any other punishment to which he or she may otherwise be liable.
