1047.   Presumption as to identity

When in any trial the evidence is sufficient to prove the identity of any person, corporation or company, or of any place, or of anything, it shall not be a valid objection to the sufficiency of such evidence that any particulars set forth with regard to the identity of the person, corporation or company, place or thing in the complaint, charge or indictment have not been proved.
