A person who unlawfully—
(a) obstructs the assembly of persons for any lawful purpose;
(b) disturbs any such assembly;
(c) disperses or attempts to disperse any such assembly,
is liable on summary conviction to a fine of $1,000, or to imprisonment for 2 years.
