239. Falsification effected within or beyond jurisdiction immaterial
For the purposes of the provisions of this Code relating to the possessing or doing of any act with respect to a document, stamp or note, which is forged, counterfeited, or falsified, or which is not genuine, it is immaterial whether such document, stamp or note has been forged, counterfeited, falsified, made or altered within or outside the jurisdiction of the Courts.
