(1) The Registrar shall, within the first 7 days of July in every year, cause to be compiled in each magisterial district based on the current voter registration register, an alphabetical list of the persons within the district qualified to serve as jurors, with the name and surname written in full, and with the true place of abode, the title, occupation, or business, and the nature of the qualification, of every person, in the proper columns of the form provided for the purpose in Schedule 5 to this Code.
