640. Court to order delivery of property to person apparently entitled
Subject to the provisions of sections 641 to 644 or any other enactment, when the person is convicted of a crime, any property found in his or her possession, or in the possession of any other person for him or her, may be ordered by the Court to be delivered to the person who appears to the Court to be entitled to the property.
