1253. Remission by High Court
The High Court or the judge shall have power to reduce or remit any fine, penalty, or forfeiture imposed by the Court, or incurred by the person in respect of the Court, at any time within 3 months after such fine, penalty or forfeiture has been imposed or incurred; provided such fine, penalty or forfeiture has not been already paid or satisfied.
