549. Intestate succession pass to the heirs in the order established by law. (Substituted by Act 4 of 1988)
550. The lawful heirs, when they inherit, are seized by law alone of the property, rights and actions of the deceased, subject to the obligation of discharging all the liabilities of the succession.
